Article 2 - Subject of the Agreement

• The subject of this Agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Law on the Protection of Consumers No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts regarding the sale and delivery of the product, whose characteristics and sale price are specified below, ordered electronically by the Buyer from the Seller's website www.sharafstore.com.

Article 3 - Product Information

• The Buyer declares that they have read and are informed about all preliminary information regarding the essential characteristics, sale price, and payment method of the product(s) subject to this Agreement, as well as the delivery information, and have confirmed this information electronically.

Article 4 - Product Delivery

• The product will be delivered to the address specified by the Buyer on the order form and to the authorized person(s) indicated. The delivery period is within 3-5 business days following the order confirmation. Delivery costs for orders under 10,000 TL are borne by the Buyer unless otherwise stated.

Article 5 - Cancellation

• The Buyer has the right to cancel the order before the delivery process starts. The cancellation of the order must be notified by email to info@sharafstore.com with the order number and relevant information.
• Once the cancellation is approved by the Seller, the order amount will be refunded to the Buyer using the payment method originally used by the Buyer within 14 days at the latest.
• If the cancellation request is made after the shipping process has started, the Buyer is responsible for the delivery costs. In this case, the product must be returned without being received by the Buyer. After the product is received, the cancellation and refund processes will be carried out in accordance with the "Returns and Cancellations" clause of this Agreement.
• The Buyer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal for custom-made products, products that cannot be resold, or perishable goods, and the return of such products is not accepted.

Article 6 - Confidentiality

• Information specified by the Buyer under this Agreement will not be shared with third parties and will only be used for the fulfillment of this Agreement.

Article 7 - Dispute Resolution

• In case of disputes arising from this Agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are authorized.

Article 8 - Enforcement

• The Buyer is deemed to have accepted all the terms and conditions of this Agreement when placing an order through the website www.sharafstore.com. The Seller reserves the right to change the terms specified in the Agreement at any time.
